When the time for Thai king birth day that time all “Mahapanya students” went to the meditation in “wat phukhulong”. So I have to write down my own experience here like this. I would like to write about my three days meditation experience. When I was arrive that place I feel so happy and peace because that place very quiet place, beautiful place, temple place and forest and mountain place. Why we have gathered there to practice meditation, it’s because our hearts and mind do not understand what should be understood. Actually we don’t know what is wrong and what is right, our mind is not calm, not restrained. They are swayed by doubting and agitation.
There are 103 monk and novice come from different-different temple, school and district, we stay together and to practice meditation together. There have many Buddhist lecture they teach about Samatha (concentration), Vipassana (insight) meditation and walking meditation very well. And so many important topic like a Samadhi(meditation), sati(mindfulness), Citta(mind), characteristics of mind, seven enlightenment factors, 4o meditational objects, Thai chanting etc.
During the meditation there is the time for training the mind and nothing else. Whenever the mind is affected by sense impingement, whenever there is a feeling or sensation in the mind, just let it go. Whether those sensations are good or bad is unimportant. We don’t create suffering over the breath being too long or too short, sitting and walking meditation are in essence the same, differing only in terms of the physical posture used.
During the three days we flow the time routine very well. Like’s morning Chanting, meditation, breakfast, walk for alms-round in Temple, lunch, personal time rest, evening chanting etc. last day we got the certificates after that we take group photo all together I think that all are so happy that time. I always remember that time because that is my first or new experience day. I was very careful about rules and regulations that time. I would like thanks for “MP.V, MP.V staff lecturer and wat phukaulong Temple.” At last, this is my own experience. “May all beings be happy. “May all beings be free from suffering.”

Dhammapa:
The Dhammapada, an anthology of 423 verses, compiled approximately 600 years before Christ.
Belong to the Khuddaka Nikaya of the sacred Buddhist scripture, the Tipitaka.
The Buddha enunciated his Dhamma in two different forms.
One approach was in philosophical terms, incisive and analytical.
Each verse was prompted by a particular episode, accounts of which are preserved in the Dhammapada Atthakatha, one of the commentaries on the Pali canon.
1
Mind precedes all mental states.
Mind is there chief;
they are all mind-wrought.
if with an impure mind
a person speaks or acts,
suffering follows him like the wheel
that follows the foot of the ox.
